I would love to give them a 5 but this was a 3 day ordeal of dealing with no hot water. New hot water heater was to be installed. The 1st one was damaged out of the box. They had another delivered here. The hot water tank  worked but it wasn't warming real fast. Texh went home, unfortunately it never got hot. Of course it was a Friday, so on Mknday when are furnace was being installed, 3 technicians showed up. They immediately  diagnosed it with a bad heating element. They replaced it.
