Heating Installation & Replacement

Do you have a new-build or large remodel project that you want us to bid on?

One of the most in-demand systems in your house is the heating system. Every day, your heating system is asked to pump thousands of cubic feet of heated air through your home. So, understandably, most heating systems will eventually wear out. Today, the average lifespan for a heating system is between 10 and 15 years, but with regular maintenance, they can last even longer.

When Is a Replacement the Best Choice?

Not sure if it’s time for a replacement? Don’t worry — many homeowners find themselves in the same predicament. While some prefer to keep repairing their heating system, there are some situations where replacing will not only be a simpler solution, but a more cost-effective one as well!

It’s time to consider a replacement if:

  • Your furnace isn’t meeting your heating needs. If your furnace cannot keep your home warm, it is certainly time to seek a replacement! No amount of repair is going to make your system work harder, and it will save you money and stress both to simply replace it!
  • You’ve scheduled numerous repairs in the past few years. Things break down — we get that. And it’s not uncommon to need furnace repairs every now and then. But if you’re calling in for costly repairs yearly, or even every other year, you’re wasting money that you could be putting to better use by purchasing a replacement furnace. A replacement will provide you with a much more cost-effective and far less stressful solution!
  • Your system is no longer efficient. Have your heating bills spiked recently? Are you paying 10, 20, or even 30 percent more on a monthly basis than you used to? If this is the case, your furnace’s performance is starting to decline. Replacing an inefficient unit will leave you with a new, reliable heating system.
  • Your heating system is getting old. Is your furnace 10 years old? Is it older than that? If so, it’s time to strongly consider a replacement. At this point, you stand to start paying in a lot more to keep your heating system running just at a good enough level than it’s worth.
