The workers were friendly and polite. They cleaned up and explained what they had done. Just waiting for my receipt and pictures of the job.

I noticed that my furnace was not working around 3pm. I called and a service person was there a little after 4 and took less than an hour to fix it. I am very happy with the service.

I would love to give them a 5 but this was a 3 day ordeal of dealing with no hot water. New hot water heater was to be installed. The 1st one was damaged out of the box. They had another delivered here. The hot water tank worked but it wasn't warming real fast. Texh went home, unfortunately it never got hot. Of course it was a Friday, so on Mknday when are furnace was being installed, 3 technicians showed up. They immediately diagnosed it with a bad heating element. They replaced it. At the end of the day, we had hot water and warm air. They went out of their way to correct the problem.

From the phone call to schedule the service needed to the completion, all contacts were professional and timely. Prices appropriate. I have been a Moore customer since 2014 and would not change...every contact through the years has been great!
